RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Aloo Aircon Parts Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is presented
  • The item is not listed under non-returnable items below

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Parts that have been installed or used
  • Electrical components (e.g., PCBs, capacitors, sensors) once opened — due to compatibility and safety reasons
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info.a3marketing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back
  4. Ship the item to our return address at your own expense (unless the return is due to our error)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty

Select parts may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product listing for warranty details. Warranty claims are handled separately from our standard return policy.
